 Hi! I am Mayor Jerry Krambeck welcoming you on behalf of the citizens
of Spearfish, South Dakota, to the “Queen City of the Northern
Hills”. Naturally inviting Spearfish is home of the world famous
Black Hills Passion Play, Mathew’s Opera House, the D.C. Booth
Fish Hatchery and Museum, the High Plains Heritage Center and Museum,
the Spirit of the Hills Wildlife Sanctuary, scenic Spearfish Canyon,
and Black Hills State University. Our town offers unique experiences
in shopping, dining, lodging and entertainment. Visitors enjoy our city
parks, bike paths, Spearfish Creek, fishing, camping and outdoor recreation
or simply relax in our beautiful mountain vistas.
