Renters of the Hudson Street Hall are divided
into the following classes. Classifications apply to renters only
when using the Hudson Street Hall.
Class 1
• Non-profit groups who will not collect fees, not accept donations, and/or
not charge admission
Class 2
• Non-profit groups collecting fees, accepting donations, and/or charging
admission
• Commercial groups not collecting fees, accepting donations, and/or charging
admission
• Receptions (Wedding, Anniversary, Birthday, etc.)
Class 3
• Commercial groups charging admission, accepting donations, and/or collecting
fees
Rental Period
Half day |
8:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. |

Full day |
8:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. |

3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. |
