The club was once the Rifle Club used by the association as their meeting site. The City purchased the facility and now rents if for wedding receptions, family & class reunions, meetings, and other community events. The City has updated the facility with air conditioning, new appliances, BBQ grills, and a fire ring area.
The facility includes:
- 11 - 8’ rectangle tables
- 100 folding chairs
The kitchen includes:
- double sink
- 30-cup coffee pot
Rental Fees: (tax included)
- $300 due 30-days prior to rental date
Brown Bag Permit:
The permit fee is $25.00 and is due 30-days prior to the rental date.
Set-Up Time and Rate:
Thirty (30) days prior to the rental date and if the facility is available, the renter can have the facility the day before their rental date, starting at 1:00 p.m., for set-up. The charge for this is $75. Otherwise, the renter must pay for a full day for the set-up day.
