Snapper's Club

The club was once the Rifle Club used by the association as their meeting site. The City purchased the facility and now rents if for wedding receptions, family & class reunions, meetings, and other community events. The City has updated the facility with air conditioning, new appliances, BBQ grills, and a fire ring area.

The facility includes:
- 11 - 8’ rectangle tables
- 100 folding chairs

The kitchen includes:
- refrigerator/freezer
- microwave
- stove
- double sink
- 30-cup coffee pot

Rental Fees: (tax included)
- $75/day

Cleaning/Damage Deposit:
- $200 due 30-days prior to rental date

• To make a reservation, the applicant is required to fill out an application form and pay $25 of the rental fee. A copy of the rental agreement should be given at this time.
• The remaining rental fees along with the cleaning/damage deposit and a signed rental agreement are due one-month prior to the rental date.
• The rental times of the facility are from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. the following day. This time period includes setup and clean up.

Brown Bag Permit:
The permit fee is $25.00 and is due 30-days prior to the rental date.

Set-Up Time and Rate:
This applies only to week days Monday – Friday. Thirty (30) days prior to the rental date and if the facility is available, the renter can have the facility the day before their rental date, starting at 1:00 p.m., for set-up. The charge for this is $25. Otherwise, the renter must pay for a full day for the set-up day.

Per Request Only:
Hourly rate: 2 hrs. min 3 hrs. max = $10/hour first two hrs., $15/hour after
Weekly rate: 5-day minimum; Friday, Saturday, & Sunday remain full price and
Monday – Thursday are 1/2 price. The weekly rate is NOT offered from May
through August.
