Patrol

The Patrol Division is the backbone of the Police Department from which all other support-units are derived. Officers serve the law enforcement needs of Spearfish's citizens, businesses, and visitors. 

Police Officers assigned to the Patrol Division serve our community around the clock 24 hours a day, every day of the year. These officers are the first line of response to calls for service, traffic enforcement and have many other service related duties assigned to them individually.
