In general, all interior and exterior property areas shall be maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition. The building or home shall be maintained in good repair, structurally sound and sanitary so as not to pose a threat to the public health or welfare of the occupants.

The requirements covered under property maintenance are too numerous to list individually. They cover items such as: the construction and condition of the building; light, ventilation and occupancy limitations; plumbing facilities and drainage; heating and mechanical  systems; electrical systems and equipment; and, fire safety requirements.
