All exterior property areas shall be maintained free from grass, weeds, or plant growth that exceed 8 inches in height. Weeds are defined as all grasses, annual plants and vegetation, other than trees or shrubs; however, this term does not include cultivated flowers and gardens. Noxious weeds and vegetation of any type are strictly prohibited and must be removed from the property.

It is the responsibility of the landowner to manage the trees, grass, and vegetation on their property, including the adjacent public right-of-way. This includes all property areas from the street curb line to the alley.
