The Pavilion has always been a popular gathering site for weddings, dances, auctions, and other community events. The Pavilion is located within the main City Park and has ample parking for large events.
The rental includes the following:
- Tables: 45 - 8’ rectangle, 8 – 5’ round, 6 – 4’ round
- 350 folding chairs
- The kitchen including a refrigerator/freezer, stove, double sink, and 30-cup coffee pot
- The building has a stage and sound system.
Wilber S. Tretheway Pavilion Rental Fees: (tax included)
- $300 due 30-days prior to rental date
To make a reservation, the applicant is required to pay $75 of the rental fee.
The remaining rental fees along with the cleaning/damage deposit and a signed rental agreement are due one-month prior to the rental date.
The rental times of the facility are from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. the following day. This time period includes setup and clean up.
Brown Bag Permit:
The permit fee is $40.00 and is due 30-days prior to the rental date. All rentals involving alcohol require a professional cleaner.
Set-Up Time and Rate:
Thirty (30) days prior to the rental date and if the facility is available, the renter can have the facility the day before their rental date, starting at 1:00 p.m., FOR SET-UP PURPOSES ONLY. The charge for this is $75.00. Otherwise, the renter must pay for a full day for the set-up day.
